Questioning if Mulkey will have her team ready for the playoffs is like questioning Saban

Kim Mulkey has that ability to get her teams ready, playing championship caliber ball much like Saban did. Watching how her team is responding today on the court vs Fla is impressive.

Florida has played poorly. We look much fresher today as well. HVL playing off guard seems the way to go to me. If we can get 35+ minutes out of our bench we can make the final four

8 minutes left up 41. The starters should be out of the game now.

mehhh maybe get it down to 4 mins left in the 3rd and then sit the starters down. These women’s games can have crazy scoring runs.

HVL has made a couple of mistakes but she’s been lighting it up shooting.

Bench won't develop if they don't play.

Florida isn't scoring 40 the rest of the way unless we only put 2 players out there.

They’d still have plenty of time to get it in with 4 mins left in the 3rd til the end of the game.

*and also, I want the starters developing this good chemistry and building their confidence playing together and dominating as long as reasonably possible.

People forget it isn’t a bad thing to learn exactly what you need to know through losses

No matter how much chemistry they have the starters can only take us so far.

Mulkey ended up pulling the starters out around 4 mins left in Q3. She’s a good coach

That bench is a wreck though.

I think the realization finally got to CKM that Reese is not a point guard and doesn't need to be bringing the ball down court after a procession change. She did well with her outlet passes that kept the flow going on the break.

Rosario, Poa and Kent are definitely more than serviceable when they come to play.

We lost our 2 major bench players already (Smith and Poole) so our bench is a little more green than usual as we are counting on freshmen now

Rosario is getting better the more she plays. Poa does need to up her game the rest of the season. Kent is very raw but talented. She sits at 6’1, athletic, physically she can give lsu a solid 7-10 minutes a game playing defense and grabbing some boards. That alone would be big giving some of our guards a chance to rest up

Kent can score at all three levels. If she can gain confidence offensively over the next month headed into March Madness, that will be huge. Imagine if Kent, Poa, and Del Rosario can give us 15-18 bench points per game. We could probably live with 10-12 bench points per game at a minimum. Kim will have our girls ready to ball out in March.

That’s a negative, she started pulling starters with 4 mins left in Q3. I was watching the game.
