Everything you said is a bold faced lie.
How does it feel to have no integrity?

I find it odd the NCAA wanted to listen in to WW's meeting with LSU officials but the FBI wasn't concerned.
Ok. I will see what I can do to explain this to your satisfaction.
The feds already had all of the information. This is their wiretaps we are discussing. They may have determined that it was more useful to go after the shoe company reps than the coaches. Or it may be that the coaches were not breaking any laws. Either way, they have no reason to demand that they be a party to a meeting with WW, and WW would have a constitutional right not to talk to the FBI if he was under investigation.
The NCAA does not have the full transcript of the wiretap nor do they have any of the information gathered by the feds except to the extent that the information is now part of the public court record.
WW does not have a constitutional right not to talk to the NCAA. The NCAA does not have to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. And the level of proof some are demanding on here is beyond that. The transcript clearly shows him offering the family and a handler benefits in exchange for Smart coming to LSU. Whether or not Smart accepted that is a violation on the part of WW.
The NCAA will want to do an investigation and give WW a chance to explain himself, especially since he could personally get hit with recruiting restrictions or even a show cause if he were no longer employed by LSU.
They will also want to know if other athletes are involved because any game in which an ineligible player participated is forfeited.
They will also want to know how much the admins knew because of the lack of institutional control allegations.
None of the issues the NCAA is interested in are crimes. They are only NCAA violations. The feds are not interested in those issues.
The minute that transcript was read into the court record the NCAA was on the way.

It doesnt have to be a federal crime fornit to be an NCAA rules violation.
The fbi doesnt act on all ncaa violations, unless they lead to a fedral crime (tax evasion, money laundering, etc)
If a coach calls a recruit during a dead period, why would the fbi care? But the NCAA damn sure would

Too many judges in the court of public opinion. They forget this all started over a very vague wiretap that the defense of an FBI case leaked. The NCAA and the FBI have NOTHING on Wade. And for that matter, neither does LSU which is why they are so hell bent on this meeting.

Yahoo Sports was first to report on Wade discussing an “offer” on federal wiretaps.
On part of the call, Wade is frustrated that the “offer” had yet to be accepted by a third party affiliated with the recruitment.
Wade believed the third party hadn’t been given a big “enough piece of the pie in the deal.” Instead, the deal was more “tilted” toward the player and his mother.
“I was thinking last night on this Smart thing,” Wade said. “I’ll be honest with you, I’m [expletive] tired of dealing with the thing. Like I’m just [expletive] sick of dealing with the [expletive]. Like, this should not be that [expletive] complicated.”
The “Smart thing” is believed to be in reference to Javonte Smart, a top-50 recruit out of Baton Rouge. “It was a [expletive] hell of a [expletive] offer,” Wade says to Dawkins. “Hell of an offer. Especially for a kid who is going to be a two- or three-year kid.”
The tape does not offer any specifics of the “offer.”
However, ESPN reported that, in a different call with Dawkins, Wade joked that the player would be compensated more than the “rookie minimum.”
Funny how there are no direct quotes to back up damming evidence

If you found your wife in bed with another guy, youre the type of cuck that would justify it being ok because you never actually saw his dick in her.
Will wade is suspended for not respecting a direct request from his superiors. He chooses to play the victim and not rejoin his team. This is his choice and is revolving around HIS TAPED WORDS.
This is ALL on Wade and it is absolutely the right mover to suspend him. He chooses not to speak yill late April and he has NOT denied any wrongdoing publicly since the information broke.
At this point, it isnt about his guilt or innocence..its about his basic insubordination to his bosses. Which FORCES them to protect the university and suspend him.
Its not that difficult to graps.
But be clear Will Wade has and is causing all of this.

That's because offering recruits monetary consideration is not a crime, but it is an NCAA violation.
It is considered defrauding the university, and a federal crime. It is clearly described in the indictment against Dawkins and Gatto, fortunately for Wade the justice department is not interested in coaches at this time.

Violation of NCAA rules are the basis of what made the actions of Dawkins and Gatto, and any coach that made deals with them guilty of fraud against a university, a federal crime. Here is the link to the justice department indictment, read it if you really want to understand the crime that was allegedly committed and the role NCAA rules play in making it a crime.

Unfortunately Wade got caught on tape. He has done nothing to clear himself. This is ALL on Wade because of the unfortunate leaked tape. We are trying to avoid massive probation. Why don’t you guys realize this.
This is actually very simple, and the rest of the country gets it - but this board is so blinded by winning that they've got everything backwards.
