Bottom line .. I want to see my Tigers play so I'll pay.

and if i don't someone else will.

As far as the product on the field, yes it is upsetting. But I can not tell you how many times I go fishing and come home with a handful of fish. Was it worth all the money on gas and bait for 5 trout, probably not but it is what I enjoy doing.

I enjoy watching the Tigers in the same way.

Pay the money and support the Tigers win or lose or don't pay and give someone else the opportunity.

Bottom line: if you are running a biz and your product is failing in the marketplace you can not increase your prices. Something will give sooner or later.

I do not like paying the additional fees. However, I just add that cost to my business and pass it on to the customer. Then, I take a clinet to each game and write it off. If not, I sell them to other team and make money on ebay.

This is not being a fan, this is using it as a tax write off.

Charlie, I feel your pain but what would you rather;

a) Average ticket prices so you can attend for years to come but accompanied by an average football program?

or

b) Above average ticket prices (although still lower than most other upper echelon programs in the SEC) and a couple crystal footballs?

I'm not trying to be a smartass here. You're talking about an increase in your tickets of $250 over a 2-3 year period. Hell, a good steak dinner, some drinks and tip for a couple is easily $100. Go out to eat a couple less times a year and you're covered. I just pick and choose where I spend my additional $250.

Just my .02

Look at this way. You got away with paying the same as my endzone seats for many, many years.

Let me know if you want to trade.

Not whinning at all, just stating fact. If I wanted to whine, I would have just stopped buying my 16 tickets long ago when the "DONATION" was first put in place like a lot of folks did :)

Oh, you get NO argument out of me there. This has been my contention all along. I don't mind paying higher prices for better performance. But, when on-the-field performance begins to suffer I want to see problems identified and addressed in a timely manner. Hopefully, that message is being heard loud and clear.

bullshite on both of you - just ask Microsoft. What are you gonna do charlie? Become an Ole Miss fan because the bang for the buck is better? We all know LSU is going to provide more good feelings than the Hornets or the Aints.

But if you do decide to sell your season tickets send me an e-mail.

You Sabanistas are all coming out of the woodwork, aren't you ?

I had season tickets during the Curley era. I'll gladly may more next season to keep them to pay for a coach that led us to a National Title.

Ironsides, maybe you didn't read. I have been buying between 2 and 16 season tickets since 1976. I didn't aquire these in GOOD years when folks renewed ya know. Relax man. I have BEEN on the field,I know the warm and fuzzies first hand. If I had to be sold, I wouldn't have kept buying and increasing my stake.
