I wanted Rohan over Booty, no question. I said JR should have started infront of Flynn and Randall should have never ever seen the field.

However, I'm just confused with the Lee vs. JJ QB controversy. If it was just based on the spring game, I'd have to go with Lee. However, Lee looked aweful last year. We moved the ball a little with JJ and I thought we had a chance to win at Bama with him and thought we had no shot when Lee came in.

I guess that makes me a Zach Lee and QB coach supporter!

That is quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever read on here.

First, RB has a point. How do you explain the 112th ranked offense never, not once try a different wrinkle. There is no way it could have gotten worse with some game competition from Lee or RS? Why none from CG in the Spring game?

Secondly, when did you become a Lee supporter, as per the OPs request for input?

Yeah that pick six was improving
Well if that is the only thing you saw during the spring game then you need to stick to x-box. There was more going on that a stat line indicates.

And because even when he did play poorly, the offense could still score. Not the case under JJ.

hmmm In games that Lee started or played the most in, the team averaged around 29 ppg

2008:
Auburn,Miss State,Florida,South Carolina,UGA,Tulane,Alabama,Troy

2009:
LA Tech

In games like wise with Jefferson, the team averaged around 27 ppg

2008:
Arkansas,Ga Tech

2009:
Washington,Vandy,USL,Miss State,UGA,Florida,Auburn,Tulane,Ole Miss,Arkansas,Penn State

Lee did not progress form 2008 to 2009. He does good in practice which he did last spring and suddenly he can move our offense better.

Yea we put up 38 against UGA but we always threw 2 Pick 6s. If you score but give up 14 points it doesnt really matter. Lee has yet to show improvement in an ACTUAL GAME

Jefferson = long, slow agonizing clusterfrick.
Lee = Quick orgasm followed by an arse reaming, then it's over.

Pick your poison.

Ding ding ding! And because even when he did play poorly, the offense could still score. Not the case under JJ.

Yea, and so did the other team... ..I hope you do better in academics than you do reasoning about coaching philosophy...

Thank you! That MIGHT be jolting enough to make the JJ supporters realize that we'd rather have the kicker play QB than go thru another year with that incompetent guy at the most important position.

I'm not a Lee supporter but I'm pretty sure this JJ thing is never going to workout. We limit our offense because of him. We have skill players as good as any I've ever seen at LSU, just a human that can get them the ball would be nice. I really don't need much, just anything other than JJ. Seriously, anything.

the fact is both if these guys are terrible and neither have shown they are capable of just doing the little things correctly. Anyone saying Lee has shown improvement is fricking blind.

differences? he didn't do anything very much better than Jefferson. Plus, ITS frickING PRACTICE. By all accounts, the guy was a good practicer the last 3 years and he shite the bed consistenly in games. He's a headcase.

no he didn't. I dont even remember how many of his completions were behind the line of scrimmage. I think its hilarious some of you are saying the guy who couldn't hit the right color jersey 2 years ago and couldn't hit any last year should be starting after seeing one practice. Well guess what? The guy isn't going to be the starter in September. I can assure you of that. Love or hate Miles for it...

Wait. So if someone things Lee has improved, they are blind. But he has done well in practice, enough to say he looks better but now we cannot include that?

Sounds like selective reasoning to me. I would say based on ability Lee has superior skills. Based on games, I don't think either has proven anything.
