are they both freshman?

I usually keep up with recruiting but not this year for some reason.

Also, is ronnie vinson projected at free safety? I remember ppl saying he had talent to get some playing time before last season

Craig Loston solid starter at SS?

Since being such a highly rated prospect he's mainly just played special teams. I had heard that he was having problems with playbook in his previous seasons plus being hurt as a freshman.

Anyway, is Loston expected to take over the strong safety spot this season? and who is his competition for position. We've got a ton of young DB talent, curious if hes predicted to be a firm starter

LSU florida should be #1...

Alabama florida? Are you kidding me? They only played eachother like 4 times this decade. ESPN is retarded.

LSU vs Florida determined the winner of BCS championship in 2006,2007,and 2008. Whoever won that game went to the NC. Now thats an important rivalry
definitely. We have one of the worst passing games out there and its mainly because of the quarterbacks. They are terrible and Mett is gonna be better. He starts. Miles will still be trying to save his job next year. We got a lot of breaks this season that are gonna let him stay
Rarely see him make the right read or check down past the primary receiver. He locks on to the first receiver. Maybe you should watch the game.
He's not just a run first either.. He is a good pocket passer too. ie: UCLA game 22-31 308 yds 3 TDS

On paper he was short of being a Top 10 overall QB

He was #6 Dual threat.

Rivals
You are retarded if you think he does not make reads and check downs.
The program sells itself when you win 2 national championships.

Guess what tards? In our system with crowton Thomas would likely suck here.

You have a point there. :banghead:
He was a 100% solid commit to LSU before Miles said the one thing he didnt want to hear and was told not to say. He would be our quarterback now if Miles didnt screw up.
Miles was being his usual stupid self and helped put us in this QB situation.
In one of the recent issues of Sports Illustrated there was an article talking about Oregon and it mentioned how Darron Thomas was an LSU commit. Now I knew that at one point he was a commit but I was not aware of why he left. Here's why:

Darron Thomas was a solid LSU commit but was worried that the LSU staff would try to change his position from quarterback to something else because he is an exceptional athlete. Before Darron met Miles on his game day visit in 2007, his high school coach specifically told Miles to not call Darron an athlete because he wanted to play quarterback. Later when Miles and Darron spoke, the first thing Miles told Darron was how great of an athlete he was. His highschool coach said after that Darron was done with LSU and decommited shortly after and later signed with Oregon.

Miles screwed us by losing that quarterback. Anyone who has watched a single Oregon game this season can tell he is a exceptional quarterback and is what we missed out on at LSU. Miles the great recruiter everyone!

Pretty accurate assessment.

the other coaching error that almost cost us

We take a delay of game penalty and then call a time out. Are you kidding me? The coaches have adequate time to get a play in and let the players know what they want and then we have to burn a timeout. Not having that timeout is the really the reason it came so close to being a disaster.

Thats the kind of garbage im sick of seeing from Miles and his staff.

re: 2010 Heisman Watch - P. Peterson

Our special teams never gave him a chance to return. We kept several put at line of scrimmage im guessing to stop a punt fake..

He probably wont get tons of picks because no one will throw his way. If the return yards drop off it would be hard to win it.

You think Miles is blowing smoke when he talks about giving PP offensive touches?
