Question for Clemson fans.

Not gonna lie, most of your fans are arrogant delusional homers, so hopefully a few rational fans can answer some questions.
Most rational fans will give credit where credit is due. Many of your fans give little to no credit to this LSU team and what they’ve accomplished this year. I know many LSU fans are doing the same to Clemson, but you’ve got to admit that playing one top 25 team in the ACC Championship Game and then one top team in the semifinals is not an impressive resume.
I know Clemson is a very very good team. Do I think they’re better than LSU? No, I honestly don’t. We have just as much talent and have been getting better with every game. We’re peaking at the perfect time. I’m not guaranteeing an LSU win, but I think we’re the better team and should win.
Here’s my questions.
Do you think Clemson has faced an offense as good as LSU this season? If so, who?
Do you think Clemson is the best defense LSU has faced this year? Most of your defensive stats were padded by a weak arse schedule.
Do you think LSU’s defense is “garbage” as many of your fans have said?

Actually our resume isn't great.We tried but couldn't help that the SEC's A&M fell apart after being ranked at 10. But most Clemson fans expect LEI to win. But at same time we don't feel LAY has a great resume either, They played Bama, Overated Georgia and Oklahoma and an average Florida team. Texas really wasn't very good. But LAU is definitely the best offense we've faced this year. Clemson by far has best defense LAU has seen this year.LAU defense is good not great. Clemson did have soft schedule this year when their SEX opponents kept losing but the SEC is waaayy overrated and a SEC schedule isn't impressive outside of LAU or Bama. Should be a great game.

If that is indeed the case, then how did Clemson's vaunted defense allow the first team with a pulse they played all season long in the semi-final game of the playoffs to generate 516 yards of total offense on them in a game most objective observers do not believe the best team won?
And while at the same time that LSU's defense held the number one offense in all of college football to well over 200 yards below their season average?
Furthermore, why in the past three games has Clemson's defense given up on average 100 yards more per game in total offense than LSU's defense has in their last three games against the stiffer competition?

Honest answer. LSU is very very good. Offensively I’m not sure that I remember a better offense in a while. I think this LSU team is better than the Bama team of last year. It’s a tough matchup. Can Clemson win? Yeah. It’s one game and anything could happen. But going to have to play a lot better than any other game this year. I would feel a lot better if Clemson had last years front four. But anything is possible on one night.

Tough matchup. Burrow is playing like a video game. Maybe he has an off night. Kind of my best hope. Don’t think Clemson can outscore you if he plays like he has. Don’t think a track meet is in the best interest.

This will be a tough, close game and the team that makes the fewest mistakes will probably win.

Well Clemson is going to have to play better than Ohio State. We will see. Seen an awful lot of football in my years. Coached one that played for LSU before I went into administration. With the way Burrow is playing it’s going to be tough.

Well, since you brought it up, let's take a look at our two respective victories over Texas A&M. Not to mention that at no time this season was A&M ever ranked in the Top Ten. So please stop deluding yourself.
In Clemson’s game against A&M, Clemson beat them 24 to 10, allowed A&M 289 yards of total offense, and generated 389 yards of total offense on A&M. Meanwhile, in LSU’s game against A&M, LSU beat them 50 to 7, allowed A&M 169 yards of total offense, and generated 553 yards of total offense on A&M.
Indeed, obviously LSU obliterated A&M as the game was over before halftime, while Clemson, on the other hand, had to struggle and fight like hell for four quarters just to beat A&M.

If LEI/LAY means LSU, correct LSU beat Alabama, UGA who is not overrated just cause Clemson fans claim they are overrated to delude themselves, Oklahoma, who at the time had the best offense in college football, Florida who is 11 & 2 and far from average, Auburn, and Texas who was clearly a Top Ten team at the time that the game was played, but later fell apart after their team became severely injury-riddled. Not to mention as well, that Texas killed Utah in the Alamo Bowl.
