McMillan and Etling are projected to be ahead of Jennings next year from what I've gathered. With or without Jennings, it will be the deepest QB depth we have had in 5 years. That's pretty sad, but Cam pulls in one QB a year and I have yet to see him pull a guy that fits his system. Mostly because his system sucks ballacks.

No. That is crazy. Also the current qb's aren't being developed by jimbo fisher.

Recognize that your Fisher obsession stems from your Saban obsession and let it go. Neither guy is coaching here in 2016 and your obsession is not going to change this fact.
I'm behind Harris and expecting big things. He beat an upperclassman out this year and got his experience. He's ready for 2016. 90% of us recall how we progressed from Sophs who dressed to Juniors who lettered to Seniors with confidence. Getting on the field and playing a season will make Harris impossible to beat by any of his challengers.

IMHO, Harris is not good not even close to a reliable win game QB. If we don't get a replacement Get prepared for another bad season.

I wonder if Etling actually showed more stuff than Harris during the offseason, whether Miles would have enough balls to actually start him.

Wouldn't have mattered what he showed. Etling wasn't allowed to play because of transfer rules.

LSUs offensive players breaking records yet again under him.

"Breaking records" is a phrase I hear a lot. What records? I assume you're referring to 2013, which everyone acknowledges was a good offense. But damn, it took NFL talent at every position to make it good. And it still didn't lead the SEC in yards or points, and more importantly it still failed against Bama. Worse...do you honestly see anything on the current roster, other than LF, to compare with 2013?

Are they coming back as wide receivers? They might not be as quick but I guess we could try them.

Tyron and Jazz.

Depth at QB is something LSU doesn't need. If we have a great QB that just means there is a smaller and smaller chance his is picked to lead the team.

Second and third string QB's do not get a chance to play at LSU. It is basically all or nothing.

AJ deserved a chance to take a shot when BH was 1 of 9. But didn't despite the fact that he was the starting QB and was only beat out because of off the field issues.

hmmmm... Miles thought AJ was better but benched him for disciplinary reasons. Well into the season and past any logical continuing disciplinary reasons BH goes 1-9 and AJ still isn't given a shot!

QB management at LSU has been horrible.

Quarterback Danny Etling is transferring from Purdue to LSU. He has two years of eligibility remaining after he sits out the 2015 season. Michael Hickey/Getty Images By rule, Etling will have to sit out the 2015 season, but the former ESPN 300 quarterback will still have two years of eligibility remaining beginning in 2016. He signed with Purdue in February 2013, and over the course of two seasons, he appeared in 13 games and threw for 2,490 yards, 16 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
