I'm just dumb. How do I attach my LSU tickets to StubHub? Do I somehow transfer my tickets from my LSU account to my computer, then upload?

Log in to your lsu account. Click on the game you want to sell. There will be an option to list to seatgeek. Click it and follow the instructions.
