Initial line's out at LSU -9.5

Seems like too much for me. The way LSU has been finishing games lately, a 15 point lead could end up 6 pretty easily.

Yeah I agree. Too high. Maybe UAB is like Arkansas with their home/road splits

I was reading a UAB message board this morning and they were all saying LSU will be the hardest challenge for them all season long.

They got UNC at home so I guess that makes that game easier but still I was surprised the way they spoke of the mighty Tigers.

They beat Nebraska (neutral) and Northeastern (away).

They are 1-0 on true road games.

Keys to the Game:

Rebounding - UAB probably outrebounds LSU in this one, however, LSU must keep it close. The Tigers have to find a way to keep Blazers out of the paint and away from rebounding positions.

To me this is the game SOS. Our reboundin has fallen off of late. I think a big part of it is we're giving up the dribble drives too easily and our bigs are having to come over and help and they are out of position on the boards.

Gotta clean that up. Johnny mentioned as much. It will obviously be a big point of emphasis this game.

Will be interesting to see if we can take the point of emphasis from the practice floor and execute on the court.

72-69 Tigers!

You just got sand In your vag bc the blazers beat your heels; fwiw the tigers would hang an L on that record as well.

LSU will win this game 68-60

UAB is a good team, but we're the home team and that's the advantage we have in this game.If we were playing in UAB I'd be a little worried because that's where they beat UNC.

Their 2 losses came at a neutral site to New Mexico and Temple ( who let a SWAC school beat them)

That was in a tournament. Not on the road.
