I appreciate your sunshine, I just don't see LSU beating, or coming within 10-15 pts of OU. 87-70 OU

I got my tickets to this game. Very much looking forward to this one. I hope we give them a hell of a game and we have a chance at the end to pull it out.

He got mad at me yesterday, so I'm gonna have to agree...

Last years Kentucky team was better than this years OU team. We'll certainly be in the game if LSU gets off to a decent start. 72-70 LSU.

You're right.
South, yes, I got agitated but not mad. I think it was more of a mixup in communication via message boards. But I at least respect you opinions and know you watch basketball and know what is going on in the college basketball landscape.
The people who just say "LSU sucks, OU rolls." That shite pisses me off

My biggest concern is mental toughness. Do we have it? I'm not sure.
If you've watched Oklahoma this year, the biggest, most glaring achievement they have (IMO) is their ability to score anytime you relax for a second. A defense must have 100% concentration at all times or they will get burned.
Games like this get emotions involved and that can lead to lapses of judgement defensively. You make a big dunk on one end to cut a lead, but an Oklahoma player runs down court and hits an open three....
I'm worried about how we guard the perimeter. Oklahoma is not scared to throw up a three pointer at any point in the shot clock. The problem is, they hit nearly 50% of them!

There's just something about a Saturday evening on that campus that makes things special. I'm just feeling it in the air.
Around 5:30 (mid second half), can we get Dan Borne to announce "The sun has found it's home in the western sky, and it is Saturday night in the PMAC!"?

I am glad I bought my tickets a month ago. I can't wait for my son to experience a big game in the PMAC. I am hoping my wife and daughter decide to go and use my two extra tickets.

Offensive rebounds are one of those stats that can be misleading. I have seen many games where a team misses three or four shots around the rim in one possession and still does not score but hey they got three offensive rebounds. So it is actually how many of those offensive rebounds that result in points that really matters. Focus and concentration is what is needed to make sure we finish on shots around the rim.

Calm down, no need to get your panties in a wad. I may be the only person here that thinks this would be cool and get the fans hyped up, but I'm sure someone on here knows Dan personally and could shoot him a text.
He may shoot the idea down, but may be worth a try. Definitely easier than rearranging the student section.
