Etlings career stats 6,847 yards, more than every LSU qb in history besides Tommy Hodson and Jeff Wickersham. Passing TDs 41 more than any LSU QB in history other than Tommy Hodson and Jamarcus Russell.
In just two seasons at LSU he’s going to finish 8th or 9th alltime in passing yards, ahead of Rohan Davey, Bert Jones, Matt Mauck and Matt Flynn.
He’s going to finish 3rd in yards per attempt for those of you that say he’s a game manager and checkdown artist.
He’s going to finish 5th in TD/Int ratio behind Hodson, Russell, Mett and Mauck. And the only QB in LSU history with less than 10 career INTs and over 300 pass attempts.
He’s going to finish 4th alltime in career passer rating.
The only QBs in LSU history with more 300 yard passing games are Davey, Mett and Howard.
His career record as the starter is 16-6 at LSU 72.7% win pct

Etling may not be super talented or an All-American but saying he sucks or below avg is the complete BS.

Nothing you said in your post is true and i challenge you to prove that it is. You can hurl all the insults you want but it doesn’t change the fact that nothing you said is true.

It's LSU, YA Tittle, Bert Jones, & tommy Hodson are our top QBs all time. We are not known for our QB's, sorry.
Don't ask me why, LSU just never has been a pass happy team. Least not in my life time, and I saw Billy Cannon play.

Etling may not be great, but compared to the Wisconsin QB tonight, he looks like Brady.
