That was the only post I've ever read on the Rant, and it was better than anything I've ever read about LSU football. All the articles in The Times Picayune and Advocate and all the rest combined in the last seven years do not add up to the splendor of your posts.

GREAT job! I read every bit of it. It just carried me along and I relived each of those moments. Thanks.
This needs to be stickied, in my opinion, as we head into the season.
One thing though: We lost to Auburn 24-17 last year, not 31-24.

Doc Fenton is much better than Peter Finney. Finney hasn't written an article since 06 worth reading.
