I think he runs it in the 4.4's. He is not going to run a sub 4.4 nor is he going to be in the 4.5's. I don't think speed is what made him a great receiver nor was it what he was known for, though he did seem to out run everyone on the field. He is great for all the other reasons, like being strong and having great hands, running great routes and getting separation, hard to bring down after the catch, being way fast and shifty enough, but not a speed burner like Devonte Smith or Ruggs or Waddle. He is plenty fast though and lack of speed was never a issue for him on the field. He is like a shorter, but much faster Michael Thomas. Or Jarvis Landry but bigger and faster.
