We are not going to lose this in federal court as so many others have said who know the law a lot better than you and I. There are no first amendment issues to be a federal question now. I can agree with the rostering the players but not playing them as yet, but we're not losing in federal court that will either be dismiss or removed back to the middle district of Louisiana

Not sure what happens in federal court so I wouldn’t give odds either way. Their case seems weak at best however, in limited experience I have seen rather decisions overturned by things such as personal emotions. It made no sense but a judicial ruling is still that. A ruling.

Go ahead and roster them but not play them. That satisfies both parties. The SEC will not take any draconian action if it had no impact on the outcome of a game.

It's not enforceable based on the injunction however.

As of last night. Wait until that Bama attorney has his way

LSU needs to do what they want … play them if ready and earned… do I feel bad about the roster situations. Sure but I want the SEC to sue us, I want them to try throwing us out of the SEC. Because I want the records and dealings of the SEC to be out in the open. They want to play the injured party, so be it, but we want all the goodies in the closets of the SEC records…
