Possibility of facing Utah in a bowl game

I like this matchup. Utah is a good team with a lot of potential. LSU and Utah could both go to NY6 bowl games, but what are the possibilities that these two teams play each other in a bowl game?

I want the best possible team we can get. Ideally one that’s better than us and we’re super motivated.
Will go a long way to maximizing the impact of that additional month of practice, gives us a huge off-season boost if we win, no shame in losing (assuming its competitive) either.
Oregon, TCU, Clemson or whoever just misses the playoff is who I’d want.

Michigan would be the best possibility (outside of playoff) since we have never played. Notre Dame, while it would be hilarious, I don't want because they are going to finish 7-5.
