Poor LSU teams of the past would’ve laid down after the 1st half

Encouraged by the fight in that environment to come all the way back with a real chance to win the game. Not the result we wanted but I wouldn’t count us out yet.

BK would’ve gotten run out the building. See Tenner ‘22, any of his bama games outside of ‘22.

I walked away encouraged other than QB1's play. And I would like to assume Lane can fix him.

Some of you have selective memory. BK was actually very good at fighting through adversity. There were 6 games under Kelly where we were down 14 points or more and came back to tie or take the lead. And he was 5-1 in those games. That doesn’t even count the ‘22 FSU game that we would’ve tied if the extra point wasn’t blocked.
• Auburn (2022): LSU trailed 17–0 before scoring 21 unanswered points to win 21–17.
• Ole Miss (2022): LSU trailed 17–3 before storming back to win 45–20.
• Ole Miss (2023): LSU trailed by 14 points on three occasions, came back to lead 49–40 in the fourth quarter, but ultimately lost 55–49.
• Missouri (2023): LSU trailed 22–7 in the second quarter before rallying to win 49–39.
• Wisconsin (2023 season’s ReliaQuest Bowl, Jan. 1, 2024): LSU trailed by 14 points three different times, including 28–14 in the third quarter, before rallying to win 35–31.
• South Carolina (2024): LSU trailed 17–0 before rallying to win 36–33

The fight they showed in the second half was nice to see but there is no moral victories so hopefully they show improvement and come to play this Saturday.
