On Saturday, Dick Vitale was complimenting the crowd at the PMAC in the first half. But, it was easy to tell he was having trouble making it genuine, like a friend complementing an ugly fat chick on a prom dress that made her look 295lb instead of 303lb.

In the second half though, that place was fricking rocking. It came through on tv, and for the first time in a long time it looked LOUD and FUN. KEEP IT GOING, TD. Those of you in town, buy up those tickets and light the place up. The team loved it, the coach loved it, and every LSU fan watching on tv loved it. It's what those young men have been waiting for.

Honest to god....that was the most fun I've had in the PMAC in years.

Any you baws missed that one....you missed a treat. Win or lose it would have been a great game but coming back and slapping those hillbillies around at the end like that was great.

Had a couple of Vol fans right next to us who said they had never heard it that loud and raucous at TBA. They said they had a fantastic experience despite the loss.

I'm sure some of the gray hairs down low had their pacemakers skip a beat or two and prolly got pissed with everbody standing around them but ya know what....tough shite-skis.

to the PMAC crowd!

Dick Vitale is a legend and probably my favorite to ever do college basketball games. He has seen us beat 2 top 5 programs under difficult circumstances now (at uk and without waters). He might start mentioning us when he is doing other games now.

Dick is riding it out, he's passed his prime as is Courso; however, legends never die they just fade away.

Dickie V has faded some.

I saw Wade address the crowd after the game while Smart was being interviewed on TV. What did he say?

Anyone have the gif of that dancing fan? Funniest shite I’ve seen in a while. Crowd was hyped.

Agreed, the students brought it that game. We give them enough grief when they don't, so credit here....I thought they came strong.

If this is a typo or auto-correct understand the spelling. If not, his name is Coach Lee Corso!

Crowd noise on TV was awesome

I don’t understand why this matters so much? It’s like y’all care more about the “crowd rocking” than winning the damn game.

+1

I’m there to see a basketball game, not to hold everybody there responsible for making it my prom.

You and the dipshit who posted above you must be a riot at parties.

The team feeds off of the energy of the crowd...and the noise distracts the opposing team to a degree.

No one is there with the sole purpose of entertaining YOU.

I really hope you're a kid because I shouldn't have to explain this concept to a grown-arse man!
