Actually he would beat him by slightly less then a full second, but who really cares because DAT would probably beat any other DE in the country by at least a few seconds.

On the real topic at hand Brazil will be fast and good, very fast and very good.

Care to share how you calculated that? DAT - 20.61, Mingo - 21.8

Wow are half of you guys on acid? I wondered could he be half as good as DAT his freshman year. Didn't say anything about Oregon being the best team ever or who would win in a race between Mingo and DAT.

I would hope that Brazil could be half as good as Black Mamba was his freshman year. As a third string back he racked up 1200yds of offense and 16 TDs. He was also a monster in the return game averaging 27.3 yards on kick offs with 2 more TDs.

Saying that I hope he is half as good as a guy who amassed over 2200 all-purpose yards as a freshman with 18 total TDs is not any slight against Brazil.

I'm with you....if he can have half of DAT's freshman production, we will be hard to stop on offense. Brazil doesn't need to be the main focus on offense, just needs to be used to add another wrinkle.

I don't think De'Anthony Thomas is a good comparison to Brazil. Brazil doesn't seem as elusive.

Thomas is quicker. It's hard to compare these two IMO, outside they are both fast. Brazil has straight line speed.

Lemme see if I got this. D.Thomas ran Mingo down from behind, but only after L. James tripped Keke, and T Holliday was the best DE in LSU history after Moffit got a hold of him.

Might be the most accurate post in this thread.

I think our scheme is way different than this. I don't see some light RB making out routes all day. Heavy hitting SEC ball is what we do, and we do it well.
