Play the hypothical game: If Arch transfers, where do you think he goes?

When I heard rumors of Arch transferring I laughed it off like many of you. But the more I sat with it the more I think there might be merit to it.
The guy is regressing. And that whole family has been about doing whatever is best for his development for the NFL. They could give a shite about his college record, stats, accomplishments etc.
Well Sark doesn't seem to be getting him prepared.
So just to play the game, where does Arch consider and why?
LSU - Don't think he'd consider it and quite frankly idk if Kiffin would even want him. But everyone knows who has the best track record for developing QBs.
TN - This would be my guess. Heupel may not be a QB guru but the guy obviously played at a high level in college and has had some high powered offenses in his time as a HC. I don't think Arch cares that Peyton went there but it might be a little bonus.
OSU - Feels random given that Day doesn't exactly fit the QB guru persona but I suppose the thought of putting Arch on a roster with maybe the most talent would be the best thing for him to progress.
Georgia - Similar to above. No tie to great QB development but again, you got into a very structured program with a winning culture and a great roster.

Whoever hires David Cutcliffe as QB coach
ETA:
In all reality, it'll be a 1) good offensive/QB coach at a 2) good academic school, but a 3) smaller program than a Texas/LSU/Bama. I don't know what that Venn diagram looks like.
Virginia? I think rumors Cooper wanted him there. How's their offensive coaching? SMU?

Miami is going to likely pay the most
UGA will have an opening to play right away
Aggies might be looking for a QB
maybe UCLA or Indiana - get away from SEC
SMU will also have an opening

I didn't even include them because that's a gimme. What QB wouldn't want to be developed by the great offensive mind of Pete Golding?

He's not good enough for those schools to pay a shite load of money.

Could see this, but they are also very good now. But I could see Cignetti thinking he could make him into something.

I don't think it's about an opening. And I don't think he'd try and jump ship just to do it.
I don't think Arch likely leaves Texas, but if he did I think it is solely about spending 1 more year doing everything to maximize getting ready for the NFL. Not to win a title, Heisman etc.
So what situation gives him that? I don't think any of the schools you mentioned give him anything he can't get at Texas, except Georgia maybe.

We need to look at the possibility that he is not good enough to play in the SEC
I would say Tulane can’t afford him, but maybe he needs a step down. Who are some other QB guys? Maybe UNLV with Dan Mullen

Hes done a miracle job getting him this far. Arch is bad

LSU
He isnt better than SL, especially enough to take his spot.
Whoever you hypothesize, make sure its a vacant qb spot, or a coach that they can pay off to announce him starter.
Ole Miss would be a spot where thier name has enough pull to make that happen, probably.
As long as its somewhere that LSU gets to play and hit him, im happy

Tenner or Ole Miss.
If Cutcliffe were still coaching, I would say wherever he is. But he is not.

He could potentially not be the starter at Texas. And Georgia isn't paying up for that shitty QB play.
People need to come to grips with the fact he's just not that good.

Then he should go to a smaller P4 program with great offensive/QB coaching. And I agree this would be the route he takes.
I think LSU is going to bury that dude under the field when we play them if he's still the starter.

Hell, he wasn't good enough for the LHSAA. He had a losing record in the playoffs at Newman.

I've seen Indiana thrown around and I gotta say, would probably work
