If that really pumped up the crowd then it is just further evidence of how stupid our fan base is. Yeah, he scored a TD. The pose caused a field position flip and it resulted in a West Virginia TD.

"LSU might have the worst fans in college football. You boo your own players and coaches, you leave early in close games, and you don't even support your players, even when one could be the best in the nation. I honestly don't understand why any recruits would want to play there. You guys are fricking pitiful."
I'm sorry that I want the best player in the nation to act like he's been there before instead of costing his team 15 yards with a childish pose.
I've never booed at an LSU game and I've been going to them since the early 60's.

This. I wish you all knew how many of our players regret coming here, with one of the main reasons being our fanbase.

Don't bust the fans balls. I was 4 row up in the student section and when he scored the PUNT RETURN FOR A TOUCHDOWN we went nuts. I wasn't waiting 30 seconds to watch his TD celebration. Everyone was jumping, screening, and throwing high fives. I'd bet 90% of us didn't even see the pose.
As far as being the worst fan base ever? GTFO. There is a reason Death Valley is a top 5 toughest stadium to play. All I have to say is
"Let the Valley Shake"
