Biggest frick up on the entire list. Guy was solid to good at Wake Forest, in the embarrassingly bad ACC, and we're supposed to believe he's the 3rd best qb in the country? Not even 2nd best in the conference he came from, likely not even 3rd or 4th. Howell from UNC and King at Miami are both better imo. The UGA press onslaught is commendable though. Personally think a healthy Daniels is better than Newman. So many more I would take over that kid. Ridiculous.

I’m curious. Anyone know where Joe Burrow was ranked prior to last season?

17th

Burrow found himself a home with the Tigers in 2018, leading way to a career-high overall grade and a 78.8 passing grade after two seasons of limited snaps at Ohio State. Burrow averaged 7.7 yards per attempt while dominating when kept clean from pressure. His 90.5 passing grade from a clean pocket is a clear sign of potentially even bigger things to come for he and the LSU offense as he'll have a slew of talented pass-catchers to get the ball to in 2019.

Also for comparison, Fields was ranked 16th heading into last season.
