Knee/ACL injury that will require surgery per Sonny Shipp
“LSU will start fall camp minus one of those weapons as a source familiar with the injury confirmed that Jamal Pettigrew suffered a knee injury in summer workouts and is expected to miss the 2018 campaign. Surgery was the next step on the ligament, believed to be the ACL, then it will be on to the recovery stage”

Let's just hope an avalanche of suspensions doesn't occur. Injuries are part of the game but the suspensions for stupid shite are totally unnecessary.

I was really looking forward to seeing him this year. He was a matchup nightmare and I thought he could really put it all together this season. Hope he has a speedy recovery and comes back even stronger next year.
