I honestly wouldn't put this two in the same conversation at the NFL level.

He has had some of the sickest returns I have ever seen in the NFL the 99 or 98 yarder in OT was an all timer

It's insulting to PP7 to mention Tyran mathieu in same breath.

I see you've gotten the use of hyperbole down to a science

Very different skillsets.

PP7 = absolute burner, once he hits the crease, hes gone

TM7 = more shifty in traffic, and better at making something out of nothing

Overall I'm going with PP though

PP7 was slightly better at LSU
Peterson: 26 returns for 16.1 avg and 2 TD's
Mathieu: 27 returns for 15.6 avg and 2 TD's

It was more like 88 yards but still awesome. Honestly Petersons last year at LSU would have been equal to TM7s if not for the cramping.

I've been playing and watching football since it first came on TV in the 1950s. PP7 is an established NFL star, and I don't know that I've seen a better college corner. But, I have never, in all my days, seen anyone cause so much grief to opponents as the Honeybadger! They both made huge impacts at LSU. There's just something instinctual about Mathieu! He definitely belongs in the conversation with PP7!
