He has been doing this for years.. he also probably worked with 2 or 3 other schools.

I mean we did pluck him out of Traction on Burbank where he was training Bama, LSU, and other DL getting ready for the draft every year.

No problem here! He knows how to coach DL very well, so I have no problem him making a living doing what he does best. Seems like common sense to me!
