White is a better linebacker, Perk a better spy/pass rusher.
Ironic since I don't think White ever truly learned to play LB and basically played on instincts his entire career.

Devon White ran a 4.42 at NFL combine and was 6'1" 240lbs

Can play in the middle and run sideline to sideline making plays
Harold Perkins ran a 4.45 and is 6'1" 225lbs
