quote:

the SEC brought this suit to LSU alleging a coordinated effort to recruit NFL players back to school when it was other schools doing the exact same thing or even before LSU did it, and singling out LSU because they're the ones who ended up getting them committed

And once this is established and the suit is dismissed, LSU needs to turn around and countersue Sankey and the SEC for singling them out. Let’s get all the conference’s dirty laundry out in the open.

I hope LSU stands their ground on the SEC lawsuit and makes them go to discovery. Its going to be glorious to watch Sankey and the other schools have to retreat with their tails between their legs when it comes out that multiple other SEC schools were doing the exact same thing the league is accusing LSU of doing in this supposed "15-1 issue"

Man, if Harris has just one text, email or actual phone record of Ole Miss recruiting him, that should nullify the entire case the SEC claims they have against LSU

that is what should happen, and realizing that due to the 5 and 5 rule now in place, this scenerio can never happen again. The NCAA blew it and the SEC is using this oversight by the NCAA to attack LSU, and boy will all that come out in a court proceeding if LSU doesn't back down.
