I can assure you that there are literally hundreds of thousands of guys who have somehow managed to get through four years of college without getting into a bar fight. This was true even when the drinking ate was 18. It ain't that hard.

I don't see a quote from Stone, the author just said 'Stone said'....but the rest of this quotes and information is old.

I'm thinking he extrapolated that someone would be booked with 2nd degree from a previous quote from Stone that was not as definitive.

If there is an actual quote from Stone saying someone is likely to be charged with 2nd degree battery, I'd like to see it.

Probably millions of us; I went to college when drinking age was 18 and did not get into one single bar fight.
