UNC football should have been a smoking crater after what went on there. Basketball too. The NCAA has set this precedent of punishing cooperation and rewarding non compliance. It’s impossible to get that cat back in the bag.

Lets see this damn evidence they keep referring to. All we keep hearing is that he has done it, with no proof. I too agree he probably did, but if they are kicking it to an independent panel, it means the ncaa didnt have enough to rule on it. So i dont think they have the smoking gun

Nah you’ve got the order wrong
The NCAA leverages this mind set for teams like LSU and AU into self admitting violations and taking the lighter punishment that comes with it, so that the NCAA never actually has to over see what’s going on or really stick their nose into it for a conviction
In reality if these teams made the NCAA actually bite, they’d realize that bite isn’t as strong as the bark is. Unless you are South Harmon Insitute of Technology, in which case you’ll get your program shut down

Nope. Every bleeding heart on twitter tells me that college athletes are “unpaid workers”. College athletes do not get paid for their services. It does not happen.
