If Wade did it, fire his arse. But the NCAA are a bunch of hypocrite motherfrickers who give special universities favorable treatment. I will never buy anything that that organization enforced. Biased mofo who protect certain coaches. I don’t want to get banned but if the NCAA’s headquarters was takened out by a level 5 tornado, I would celebrate. Same goes for duke and Roy Williams.

I am convinced that the evidence thus far is extremely lacking.
Apparently Wades attorney shares this sentiment as well....he sent a letter saying as much

I think people do not really understand that the enforcement and penalty matrix rules have changed since the UNC fiasco. In truth, they were changed because how UNC approaches their defense and the blatant stupidity in regards to the lack of real teeth on the penalties they received.
Under the new penalty matrix the greatest hammer the NCAA still possesses is Lack of Institutional Control, but now the penalties are ramped up and much more severe when other escalator or aggravating circumstances are included.
As bad as this looks for basketball, if they tie the football component into the new penalty matrix both sports take a much bigger hit and LOIC penalties hit the entire AD.
Because of how UNC lawyered up, the NCAA went to the 3rd party arbitrator, but the new penalty matrix is now fully in place. That means much harsher penalties for the lesser issues, so even if the 3rd party doesn’t agree all the NCAAs charges, LSU will probably be worse off than they would have been when this first came out.
This is a true no-win now...

By wanting to roll all of the Tier II and III level stuff from football into the IARP, they are setting up the escalators of lack of institutional control for the entire AD that would then escalate the penalties from football as well as basketball in severity.
Essentially this is give us Wade or we torch the AD entirely and football gets caught up in all of this.
Go look what recently happened with Kansas and the inclusion of the issues with football. They asked for the football issues to be separate, and was denied, which worry many of the KU faithful. This is a major concern due to adding additional escalators after the impact of OSUs recent ruling that came a shock to many regarding the harshness of penalty that had much fewer infractions.
The major change here is not the IARP, but the IARP in conjunction with the new harsher penalty matrix and better defined infraction defintions. The IARP would just be following the guidelines that that NCAA already set out.

Nothing in any of this shows proof. It al says allegations which could be as little as an opposing coach or school making a claim.
If true and they hold Wade accountable, I hope he goes scorched Earth on the NCAA on its clear double standard AND goes legally after Vitale for accusations and false information about others.
In the end, amateur and pro sports has become utter garbage across the board.

I almost want to say that Dickie V is going to be the source for all this information. He is trying to shift the national focus off Duke, and all that money that HAS ALREADY BEEN TRACED back to his parents

"Many of those factors are triggered by the actions of Will Wade, head men's basketball coach at Louisiana State University," Duncan wrote. "Some of his underlying actions gave rise to this case and his tactics during the investigation have delayed resolution dramatically. He is employed in a leadership position at LSU, yet the institution has been unable to secure his full cooperation and is accountable for his behavior."
This is some unaccountable dialogue. According to what has been done prior
