I love how the ones who do not agree with the overall sunshine pumping decision are the idiots. Miles runs a clean program and recruits.

He doesn't excel at X's and O's.

No reason LSU isn't winning multiple national titles.

LSU has everything Alabama has. What you think the difference is, truly. Recruiting is a wash, facilities a wash, program support a wash. What is the absolute difference?

Because Alabama will probably win its third title under Saban this year in a shorter period that Les Miles has been on board.

Did you not see the evidence of the work Miles put in to getting the o-line in place and playing the way they can? Seeing that Mett finally trust that o-line to make the passes and deciding to place the running game in the hands of a first year D-1 player over your more experienced running backs.

All those changes and adjustments worked. Saban's defensive backfield got torched for 290 pass yards.

Exactly. But Miles is a great coach. He just had a running start in years, program quality and players.

The other thing that's interesting is that it's not just the NFL. When college jobs open up, you don't ever hear about any of them looking at or for Les Miles to take the job. or even interview. Sure there was that Michigan thing. His Alma Mater. But beyond the Wolverines, I wonder if the search committees and A.D.s see something lacking there, something some Tiger fans are missing?

And when does Sabans name ever come up for college jobs? Miles name does not come up because he already has one of the top jobs in the country. The head of GE is going to leave to ake over as head of Calvins Appliance Repair. Really, come on.

Not to mention, Lord Saban blew an 11 point lead

I'm not one to whine about penalties, but one penalty is just nutz. They get the benefit of the doubt and it's really bad.

Dallas hiring Les Miles? Come on. That doofus would never get a shot. And if he somehow did, would you really be upset if he left? Uhhh....no.

That is until you get the next coach who decides to go with smaller o-linemen and doesn't think he really needs a dominate defense. Those of us who have been around have seen some very talented teams fail under coaches not named Miles or Saban.

I'll take the doofus, Les Miles. I hope no NFL teams want him, because LSU will very likely end up in years of mediocrity if he leaves.

You think LSU wouldn't hire another big name coach if he left?

Leading up to last Saturday's game, all week we heard Miles is too conservative. He won't let Mett throw the ball against Bama & he'll just try to pound away at them. Instead, Mett throws for the most yards in game this season yet people still bitch.

The fake field goal along with the formation & personnel on the 4th down try are the only calls I had problems with. The distance for the first down was entirely too long to try to gain on a fake.

I liked the call to go for it on 4th down but the formation & personnel grouping sucked. Packing in the formation tight & giving Bama a small area to defend was not smart. Also, having Ware under center didn't allow him to get any momentum to push forward to get the yard necessary for the first down. It would have been nice to see Shepard either in shotgun or the pistol running the option with either Hill or Ford trying to the edge against a tired Bama defense.

I had no problem with the onside kick. If not for a bad bounce at 9 yard mark, the offense gets the ball back near midfield after just driving right down the field against the Bama defense.

Miles isn't perfect but he is way better then his haters give him credit for being. His critics call him stubborn but this Saturday we all saw someone adjust from last meeting against Bama in the NCG which many say he was incapable of.

You're a smart man.

These idiots who think Miles' should be fired are spoiled fans who don't recognize what they have.

LSU will be in a BCS bowl this year and pre season top 3 next year. Again.

So 2 loss season.......yes

Bama got extremely lucky getting Saban. Bama and LSU are, and have been, the top programs for a while now.

I'll take it

Miles supporters think he can do no wrong and no other coach can replace him. His successor at Ok. St. is doing better than Miles did so would he not be better at LSU?
