They haven't fired Garland Robinette, and he took money from a business concern that was involved in very shady dealings, and on which Robinette held radio discussions. Much worse than what Bobby Hebert, did, bordering on illegal.

will college coaches ever want the son of a high profile player?

they wont fire him. They pay him handsomely to do what he does. And they know if they fire him, he'd be at another local station very shortly thereafter, stealing ratings, because the stupid goons in South LA love him, for whatever reason

No he hasn't. There was a Bobby Hebert appreciation thread.

I like the sports hangover on 690 and Gerry V's new show "sports buzz" on 106.1 a lot more than deke and bobby's show.

Does the Mighty 690 have enough revenue dollars for Bobby's habits?

Keep him as far away from 690 as possible! 690 is so great because he and Deke aren't on it.

Why doesn't Bobby have a nationally syndicated show by now? You would think with all his clever wit, ability to ask the hard questions and the fact that he has sooo much football knowledge that he would be a national sensation by now.

He wont be fired, but I can gurantee his rhetoric will be toned down from this point on. I cant see LSU being happy with one of their largest networks letting Hebert spew his drunken thoughts forever.

Especially considering that 80% of it is personal butthurt over his son. The drunken coonass version of Craig James.

Bobby doesn't ask questions, he answers questions yet to be posed for you and demands that you agree.

Unless you have a nationally syndicated show now your opinion doesn't count? Skip Bayless is on tv I doubt he knows more about football than Bobby Hebert.
