Why did fox 8 post this? It happened before signing day if it was a big deal scholly would have been pulled. Just like JHill33 couldn't sign in 11.

Not taking up for the kid by any means, but these "plain clothes" officers have already been implicated in an excessive force incident during Mardi Gras.

On the surface this looks really bad, but more needs to come out about this story before passing judgement. Something seems to be off. He only gets "resisting" for assaulting a cop?!? Something is amiss here.
However, he will not get the benefit of the doubt due to his brothers' escapades while at LSU.

That is going to be the biggest deal breaker about this story. This happened right before signing day and for him to with hold this info from the coaches would be detrimental in terms of trust with the coaching staff.
Or am I just way off base with that?
