yes. bad execution falls on coaches.how do you not know this?

So the 2013 loss to Ole Miss was ALL on Miles right????

And the clock problems a few years before at Ole Miss????

And the fact that ARKIE blew us out two straight years after Bama kicked our arse?????

You wanna blame O for all this crap then make sure you blast Miles for ALL his mistakes............

every loss under miles is on miles. tbe problem is you want to attribute all the wins to just talent.

These are college players. I don't blame players at the college level... If the coaches do their thing and A play fails... That's just the way it is... If the team is NOT ready to play THAT is n the coach... Its pretty simple... YOU blaming players is just stupid and needs to stop..........

So when Bill Walsh went to Stanford and couldn’t win anything it wasn’t because his players couldn’t execute it was because he wasn’t a good coach. Lol sound logic once again.

. So bill Walsh didn’t deserve any criticism at Stanford? Why do any coaches get fired if it falls on the players only? Talk about sound logic

He did better than I expected. He beat an auburn team he had no business beating. Credit deserved there. He lost to a Troy team he shouldn’t have. Take the high and low out and assess.

LSU beat interim OM, UT...beat UF who fired coach, Texas A&M who fired coach and Arky who fired coach. None of those are great wins.

Got curb stomped by State and played Bama close.

Recruiting is lacking.

At this point, he’s at best comparable to Miles.

LSU fired Miles to improve.

I’m kinda meh about it right now actually.

I have given Miles tons of praise for Many wins while he was here... The 2007 FLA game he had nuts the size of Texas... A great game.... He did very well at LSU and I have NEVER said he didn't.... You make it sound like I am the only one that was critical of his mistakes.........

Yea not accusing you of something i don’t recall i just don’t remember you blaming him for our passing woes. Normally you’d just state that the offense was productive and the run game made the passing game less important.

No he’s not sure yet, he’s going to see how it goes then pick a field. I have an uncle and also my best friend who work for good size firms so he’ll likely get on at one of those places and once he’s learned he’ll go where his talents take him. Most of my buddy’s who’ve done it kinda go that route but it’s a long ways away so we’ll see. Yea couldn’t be more proud of the kid, he’s a lot like me minus the hot blood he’s much more of a cool customer.

not exactly what i meant. My only argument was the statement about Etlings performance falling on Os shoulders. Those throws he missed vs Bama he’s made in other games. I’m a big Etling fan but he shrunk in that game. As far as the overall opinion you made, Spurrier who we all know in the 90s was king of QB coaching and development but even he had guys who didn’t execute as well as others (Johnson, Dean etc). That didn’t mean he wasn’t preparing them or coaching them up those guys just didn’t execute at the proper level. Bill Walsh went to Stanford after winning 3 Super Bowls and revolutionizing offensive football but the QBs he had at Stanford couldn’t win games. That’s not on the coach it was a lack of ability at QB. Etling did a fine job for us and if hedve been here for 4 years i believe he would’ve been even better but he didn’t play well vs Bama.
