Luckily for ole TLEE, couple years ago I found the stadium club.
That's the way to watch LSU football.
YOU discovered? Maybe you got the tickets free like you tailgate free?

How do you tailgate free?
Don't be mad bc I can those tix and you can't.

I'd rather do things my self than mooching off my wife's boss.
But that's just me.

Speak for yourself, I gladly sat in traffic last night. I've sat till the end of every single game since 1982. A few extra hours a year during football season isn't going to matter.

I left after halftime when I felt like if I stayed, I'd be deaf. Enough of the rap turned up as high as it will go. Couldn't hear the announcers, but we could hear the rap.
Worst sound system I've ever heard. Will sell my tickets till I know it's fixed. Everyone, and I mean everyone, in my section was complaining.

Shut up.
Most of you jackasses aren't over the age of 25. Many of you probably don't pay for your own tickets. Most of you don't have to drive back to New Orleans or Lake Charles or Shreveport after the game. I do. Want me to not leave early? Stop playing the UAB's of the world. If you want to play the UAB's of the world, fine, but don't get pissed if I leave early.
I will stay to the bitter end for a competitive game, cheering my arse off, as will just about everybody else. I have been stuck in traffic and moved a half mile in 90 minutes after a big game. I don't care to do it after UAB, and neither does any other sane person. I've earned my right (through years and money) to leave whenever I goddam well please.
So frick off.
And frick you. What the hell do you come for? Why don't you give your tickets to someone who cares! I am one of those bitchers and I am 54. 25% of the people will leave by the 4th quarter if LSU is up by 7 pts in most games. I don't give a shite about your drive home.

I will leave in the fourth quarter of a blow out to go back to the tailgate and watch other good games and start cleaning up.
Don't feel one bit guilty.

Y'all wanna know something really funny?
A free ticket to the bama game last season in the upper deck fell into my lap a few hours before kickoff. I went in for pregame and the first quarter, then went back to the tailgate.
Y'all mad

Sell your tickets to people that really love LSU
If you define that as only people that stayed to the end of last night's game, I guess <20K people really love LSU.

Sell his tix to whom? There were probably 5k empty seats at kickoff last night.
I love the "sell your tix to someone who'll stay" argument......its how I know who the retards are.
Oh, and I left early! BOOM!

Folks can't make you stay, and you can't make folks ok with you leaving early. Get over yourself, do your thing and quit worrying about what others think

I know this topic gets a lot of press every year, but if someone can't stay awake until 11 or 12 at night until they can get home or to a hotel, they have bigger problems.
I'll stay out til the bars close post game. I'll just leave the stadium early because I can.

If you are an ALUMNI of LSU, you are a "true fan" in my book.
Who fricking cares about people leaving early during a scub matchup anyway?

These threads make me smile on the inside whenever I do decide to leave early.
A big part of it is that I know the ones who get rustled the most will one day join us, ironically.

There have been very few games that I have ever left early. Most of the time it was due to inclement weather, Tigers being routed, etc. Last night it would have been real easy to leave but we stuck it out and were rewarded with a 100+ yard field goal return. Awesome play. Stayed and sang the alma mater with the team. And we live in Houston, by the way. Now as for the student section, half of them left at halftime. Party on, guys !
