The only "problems" with the student section sit on the other side of the purple wall and where the band used to be....the greek section is by far the worst in the student section, they get there at or after kickoff, and take the whole first quarter to filter in. Half of the time they're there, they're sitting down. After half time they start talking about their parties they have to get to, and halfway through the third quarter they leave to go fondle each other in the shower...they should get their seats taken away instead of the majority of the student section who stay until the end.

I agree that its not always rocking when we beat up on weaker teams. But be in the stadium when the big boys come to play and you will have the treat of your life. Attend the Georgia game and the Bama game and see if your opinion doesnt change. I would think that after last season you would have had enough evidence to know that Our stadium and our student section is one of the best in the country. Just look at where our stadium ranks when people talk about best stadiums in the country for college football. You make a judgement based on Appy St, N. Tx, and Miss St. Come on man. Its not even an argument or a conversation.

It was Miss. St. A team we have beaten by an average score of 42-5 the last seven years. That is equivalent to ULL and La Tech. I didn't expect a rowdy game.

here we go, I knew it was coming. You dont know what the hell you are talking about. More than half my fraternity stayed untill the very last second of the app state game ( wish the rest of the "normal" student section could say the same, because they cant).
I had to sit in the "normal" section freshman year so I know what I'm talking about, have YOU ever sat in the greek section or are you just running your little mouth,
The "normal section" doesnt even pay attention to the game my friend. You all just worry about gay arse beach balls and starting the lame wave ( nice job trying to do it in the middle of the 2nd quarter last game when we were only up by 10.
) If you ever look to your right you'll see were all doing the cheers just like you and we all stand for most of the game. stop blaming your constant suckage on us.

Perception is reality. If it wasn't for alcohol the atmosphere would suck. note in point ..... Remember all the early kickoffs. Perception is based on tailgating and years ago inside the stadium.

and back on topic,...... PSU's looks cool and all, but they dont have the same number of handmotions and cheers that go along with the band that we do.

I sit right in front of you, I see enough...five years in the student section right next to/below the greeks is enough experience to know what I'm talking about.

ive been in both sections for entire seasons...to claim that the general student section is more into the game than the reserved section is a farce

Maybe it's because they have been toned down by the PC police.....Would you like pom poms, like Auburn and Bama? When I was a student we yelled and were crazy as hell.....
