BK is a disaster. He doesn't have the chops to manage an SEC team, let alone the expectations of LSU Fans. Put it this way, my relatives went to ND, when they found out BK was leaving ND they threw a party. Where ever he goes he under delivers and never has the support of the fan base. Pay him to leave, I am ok with that. I am so tired of the lackluster offense, if Nuss is hurt then bring in the one up - the fact we can't pass the ball more than 10 yards down the field is an embarrassment. We are not a top 10 team, hell we are not even a top 25 team.

He literally has one of the best win percentages of any SEC coach at their current job.

I get BK has his struggles, but you people act like he's losing 6 games a year.

How did that work out for them?

They were in the National Championship Game last year! Hmmm, seems freeman has done better than Kelly.

They literally appeared in a national championship game with Kelly as well.

Elko to PSU makes more sense. He’s from NJ and went to college in PA. He has family there. Everything he has at A&M without competing with Texas, LSU, and Bama surrounding him.

Cignetti, Rhule, and Elko all have ties to the area/school. Have to think those are all targets.

We will be fine if Woodward doesn't give away another 100 million contract for a 3rd time.

Yes, we are definitely better off than we were in 2020 and 2021.

There were others that said at the time Sloan was going to be promoted to Co-OC and that was what Kelly was trying to do.

That doesn’t mean shite. There are many “co” coordinators who are in name only for a bump in pay. That’s all Sloan would have ever been as long as Denbrock was here IF that even happened.

Denbrock likely left to go run his old, slower-paced, TE and RB-focused offense, because that’s what he ran at Cincinnati and it’s what he’s running at ND now. The differences between that and what we ran in 22 may had started off to benefit Daniels, work around our lack of TEs, and take advantage of our WR depth, but there was no going back, even after Daniels moved on. We were never going to run the system he ran on his own elsewhere here.

If the ND job hadn’t opened up, is all but certain Denbrock would have been here last year.

We're not lucky enough for them to take BK. They'd have to give him 10 years 120 million guaranteed in addition to paying Franklin's buyout.

Who would LSU realistically target anyways?

Mario Cristobal is who every program should be targeting right now.

Why would he leave his alma mater? They're giving him whatever he asks for.
