If you look at 2006, the one LSU won in 2007, 2011, and 2012...you'd realize it really isn't delusional considering how close LSU was those years (and really should have won it those years)

Really? You think it's that difficult to think of having 3 in 11 years? You do realize that 3 teams have had at least 2 BCS championships in far less number of years. LSU had 2 in 5 years. Bama has 3 in 4 years. Florida had 2 in 3 years. It's not that "unprecedented" to expect Les Miles (if he is anywhere near the coach you pumped claim that he is) to have more than 1 for sure in 11 years. With the NFL talent that has come through LSU, 8-4/9-3 seasons is pathetic.

First you try with the "oh another Saban lover" crap. Now you are going with this? Keep grasping for straws.

What's funny? You think most lsu fans want to fire Miles no matter what? You think most lsu fans want Miles fired regardless of the coach we get to replace him? If so you couldn't be more wrong.

How many NCs does he have again? Yeah, I think we're done here...

Wait, you think that proves your point? He has more national titles than 99% of all FBS coaches. By your logic only about 4-5 head coaches have won a big game in their entire career.
Also why are saying National Titles are the only big games when players and coaches have no control over making the national title game. Teams get VOTED into those games.
He has wins against Oregon, West Va ( twice),Notre Dame, TCU,Miami (when they were a top 10 team),VA tech, 2011 regular season Bama game, 2007 seccg, and 2011 seccg.

No. My first post was the same as the last. You're out of your mind to expect 3-4 national championships every 11 years. To which you started Saban nut hugging, as is typical by those of your ilk.

Again, you probably should understand the definition of unprecedented before you argue for your original post by giving me examples of why, when I stated you were delusional, I am correct. You gave exactly one example, Alabama, of a team that has seen unprecedented success in winning "3-4 national championships in 11 years". The fact that X team had 2, and then no more, illustrates this point. It. Just. Doesn't. Happen....except Bama.

That doesn't excuse the fact that Les Miles only has 1 in 11 years when other teams have proven you can get at least 2 with less years. Having 3 NC in 11 years is not that far of a stretch considering the amount of talent that LSU has had at their disposal for those 11 years. im sorry you have accepted being mediocre as good enough. It's a sad day when LSU fans are perfectly ok with only having 1 NC in 11 years while several other teams have 2 in fewer years. You have completely missed the point that while currently, yes, only 1 team has had 3 in 11 years (they actually did it in 4) there are 2 other teams that have a very real chance of having 3 in under 11 years. I will even go further to say that very few would be that upset with Les had he won 2 in 11 years. No, instead we get 5 straight losses to Bama, 2 complete arse whippings by Arky, and a beat down by Ole Piss. We haven't been competitive at all since 2012 and you Les Miles pumpers seem to be perfectly ok with that. It's your ilk that won't stop riding Sabans dik because you honestly believe that as long as he is at Bama, we can't and shouldn't beat them.

Do us all a favor and stop calling yourself an LSU fan. Until you get pissed that Bama, Arky and Ole Piss are owning us, you are no LSU fan.

Stop trying to back up on your "3-4 in 11 years" as the bench mark.

LSU had 2 in just a few years. I am curious of the several other teams who have won 2 in fewer than 11 years though. "Several"....this ought to be interesting. I'm betting you can't name several, but it sounds good though, doesn't it.

Im not sure you know the definition of mediocre either, but that a whole different topic. We were discussing how fricking insane it is to set the bar at winning 3-4 national championships in 11 years at a school. Something that only Saban has done at Alabama in modern history. The teams you are pointing out with 2 in fewer years than that have not done what you are requiring of miles. The coaches at those schools are no longer there. Most of them are gone because they couldn't sustain any level of success. Why? Because it is harder to do what has been done over the past 11 years at LSU than it is to jump in, win a bunch of games, and bail before your shitty recruiting catches up.

I am believer now thanks to Rickey daddy. Les Miles is best coach in college football. He is the best man in college football

After every season I lose sleep at night thinking some other school is going is to throw the bank at Les Miles and scoop him up. Another big fear is that a NFL team might come calling as Jerry has stated he wants Miles to lead the Cowboys.

The truth is that Miles is the best coach in college football. He has more wins against top 25 teams than any other coach and has LSU sitting at the top annually in moral victory championships. Tiger stadium is a big stadium but even then we don't have enough area to hang banners of all Miles accolades.

He has wins against Oregon, West Va (twice),Notre Dame, TCU,Miami (when they were a top 10 team),VA tech, 2011 regular season Bama game, 2007 seccg, and 2011 seccg. Where would we hang all these banners?

I gave you other examples of teams with 2 in less than 11 years. Bama has 3 in 4 years, LSU has 2 in 5 years but under 2 different coaches, and Florida state has 2 in 3 years. Florida came close with having 2 in 12 years but at least they competed for 2 others in 14 years so they had a chance at 4 in 14 years. We haven't even had a chance at one since 2011 and the one that Les does actually have was with 2 loses. Yes, he did have a chance at another one, but he did such a piss poor job of coaching (arguably the best team LSU has ever had) for that game, we only managed to cross the 50 yard line once.

Are you sitting here, claiming to be an LSU fan and saying you are ok with the results of the last 11 years of the program? Are you ok with the beat down Bama has given us the last 5 times we played them because, "you know, Saban and all". Are you ok with the last 2 beat downs Arky gave us? You going to start saying "cause, you know, Bielema and all" for Arkansas too? You really gonna sit there, claiming to be an LSU fan, and say that Bama and Arkansas are just better programs than LSU? THAT is an insult to true LSU fans.
