i dont know who talked that man into going back out there and coaching or of it was something he thought he wanted to do but that man didnt want that grind again. He was just going through the motions at the end of his time here.

Agreed. He thought, if Jay can do it with all this support I could have. Yet it comes down to actually having knowledge of the players you are recruiting and not aimlessly taking the opinions of others as gospel. All the recruiting advantages in the world and he never personally did anything to use them. Outsourced everything when it comes to building rosters.
