Like I said, I hope I'm wrong. If he didn't quit, he didn't.

Either way, Miles is too classy to call a player out in public like that. I like that about him.

I was offering my impression, that's all.

Now I'm pulling for Tigers to get over it and win out.

They have an opportunity to finish 11-2, and to post an impressive bowl win, and be positioned for the championship run next year. I hope all our players are back to 100% as soon as possible. It was a great effort.

Everyone is entitled to a bad day every now and then. We are going to be in a lot better shape going into the 2010 season, and those gumps are going to be coming to our back yard.

As for Finebaum, can go suck his daddy.

Well, its not just Finebaum. Other national message boards have people questioning LSU's conditioning and desire. Personally don't think it was a quitting issue, but do question the conditioning.

Does anyone ever listen to after the game comments from players? JJ wanted to come back in but said he tried to throw and couldn't push off his back leg, caused by the sprang.

If he would have came back in he could not have thrown the ball and his running would have been affected too!!

Finebaum is entitled to his opinion, and we are entitled to not read his column.

Who cares what Finebaum writes anyway?

The fact we have "fans" that are accusing JJ of quiting is disgusting.

Why would he quit? He was playing fine, probably as well as anytime this year.

So what you are trying to say here is that the mechanics would have been better.

Actually, he's right. The LSU players saw what looked like a 6 foot tall human penis standing on the Bama sideline, and it scared them so much they wanted to leave. Their brains couldn't process the sight of a 6 foot tall penis. Scary, but true.

It could be an opportunity to let the players know the impression he offered, and present them with the opportunity to be sure no one has that impression ever again.

"You make sure..they remember, forever...the night they played the Tigers!"

Anyone ever see Finebum at a road game? Does he dare travel to games outside his friendly confines?

I sat on the 10 yard line and was right behind Finebaum. That idiot wasn't even watching the game. At one point, he was yawning and bending over for about 15 seconds, and we were all yelling at him to wake up. The rest of the time he was talking to someone- guy's a moron.

I agree and why are we even talking about this dweeb. The dweeb is a non-factor if you pay him no mind.

Finebaum is a moron and is just trying to get a rise out of you guys. FWIW, I saw no quit on either side of the ball, especially Peterson on defense. But the LSU defense was worn down in the 4th. Good luck thru the rest of the season.
