So, someone can't be impressed by a team even though that team suffered a loss?
This may have more to do with the fact that Florida has surprised many with how they've reinvigorated their program faster than expected. Jim Mc is getting coach of the year nods.

Finebaum is ESPN's Jerry Springer Talk Show. His show is just a prolonged Miss Cleo's Tarot Card reading

Beat Bama soundly with them making no mistakes then maybe we get respect. Even then probably not.

Here's a pretty solid idiot test....ask someone if they're a fan of the Paul Finebaum show, if the answer is yes that person is likely an idiot.
Stop listening to that troll, it's low hanging fruit.

Tiger fans need to understand that the REC is working overtime and that everything will be done between now and November 7 to ensure Bama victory against LSU. Steve Shaw, Ritter, the obsequious media, etc. All will work together to get their darling into the playoff. Saban has had success, but much of it can be attributed to the Bama homers in the SEC office, Steve Shaw, Bama grad and head of SEC refs, and the cabal of Tide fans in the media who work daily to prop up the red elephants. Miles doesn't only have to beat Alabama and Saban, he has to beat the establishment. TRUTH.
+ 1 billion.
Why couldn't ala-shame-a have been Atlantis ???????

Thank you. Our fans whine about the dumbest shite ever and often it's about something they don't even know for sure to be true.

Last year Florida was terrible. Under Muschamp, the game saturday night would have been a 45-7 blowout for LSU. When Florida was down they fought back. That didn't happen under Muschamp. Florida went into death valley with a back up qb, and LSU needed a botched fumble call and a couple trick plays to win. Granted Florida also needed a botched punt catch and a punt return TD to keep it close. LSU is a better team for sure, but they were pushed to the brink and needed help to win against a Gator football team that couldn't get out of its own way last year. So in the end, yes, of all the games in SEC yesterday Bama was Bama, LSU was LSU, and Florida keeping it close and fighting back in Death Valley showed a different Florida team from couple years past and would be considered an impressive performance. LSU will get its chance in a few weeks to really prove themselves against Alabama. Can't wait for that game.

You should write something in depth about this and get it talked about.
And then you would get to read a story about a writer named Chris Warner dying by falling up a flight of stairs. That would be tragic.

He also said on ESPN College Sunday that he has LSU as his #2 team in the country!

Finebaum has a job to do and an agenda and is not worth the keystrokes on TD. For one week, after all the football I watched on Saturday, I came away more impressed with Florida than I was Alabama or Michigan State.

He's a scarecrow with glasses. Ignore him.

Seriously, who cares what Finebaum thinks.

Harris's scramble, maybe, the rest of the play was preordained. #PracticeMakesPerfect

The funniest thing I've seen from media and Florida fans alike besides the stupidity of "well if Grier were playing" or "they won because of a fake field goal TD", is that they adjusted in the second half, and shut LSU down.
I am so sick and tired of seeing this crap. Miss St, and the media said the same thing as well.
Hello, am I living in crazyland? All these people that get paid to analyze and report on games, this was a big game, the only game vs two top 10 teams, and that is what they get out of the second half? It was obvious to any unbiased idiot that LSU shut the offense down the second half. I understand that Miles thought a conservative approach was best and not to get greedy and start making mistakes, but our special teams and breakdowns in coverage caused another nail biter. Also I understand that bad field postion and penalties and negative plays on first down caused it as well. A run offense like LSU's the situation pretty much forced us to do that.
I have no doubt that Harris could have hit that secondary up for another 100 or so, and we would have won by double digits (even with the special teams' gaffes), but it was not to be. We won't get true national respect until we beat Bama. It doesn't have to be by anymore than one. The fact that we beat a Bama team after previous quadruple losses and on the road (how we beat them last time) no less, will catapult us to the top 2 and likely #1
Perspective is the one thing nobody looks at when it's in our favor. They look at the opponents backup QBs, or the rank of the rush defenses we have played, blah, blah, blah.
