Has he been arrested? Has he been seen doing fricked up or racist things around town? Have the coaches ever complained about his work ethic? Do his teammates come out and complain about him?
Then what the frick is the problem? Because he has a lot of confidence? He tells you in the frickin video that that is what makes him better than all of the other Corners out there. Be a frickin fan or shut the frick up.

I agree if he thinks he's good or great..what is wrong with that?? I dont understand what the problem is either...its just a f**kin video people. I posted this thread because I believe he can be Deion of LSU...but somehow other people have turned something positive into something negative. He is just a kid who wants to play football and have fun, if he brags and thinks he is the best then let him.

That video was horrible and very hard to watch. I watched about 30 seconds of it and turned it off. I do agree that Peterson is the best CB to come out of the college level this year. However, I do know that Ali was a draft dodger and a coward when it came to serving his country. That coward should have been kicked out of this country and never let back in. After dodging the draft, he made millions off the american people that he snubbed. Ali was just un-American. He can go to hell for all I care....LOL

Do many of you actually understand how facebook works? Some random LSU fan made a video and tagged Peterson in it. That is all. Do not blow this out of proportion and get your panties in a wad about PP not being a "team player" and such.
CB is arguably the toughest position on the entire field. 1 v. 1 and if you are successful 9/10 times, but the 1 time goes for a TD everyone hates you. It takes some swagger and it takes a ton of confidence to be on a complete island by yourself against the nation's best WR. LSU lines Peterson up against the best the entire country can offer and he holds his own against each and every one of them. End of story.

Well that is all fine and good and PP is one of my favorite players too. I can't see the video at work, but it is all how you present yourself to the NFL. That is one of the things he should be worried about. I love how he promotes LSU and has been a great leader, but one screw up could change things. If he posted it, based on what I heard, then shame on him. NfL reps DO look at facebook accounts. If he was tagged then I would have to see the video to know if he should get the tag removed, but I would say it is ok probably. I could see him becoming a Asomugha type of player. You don't hear much from him but they don't throw the ball to his side. Fans might not know him real well, but QBs, WRs, coaches, and GMs sure as hell know who he is.

Are you talking about Deion Sanders, argubly the best cover corner in NFL history? The certain Hall of Famer? Who shut down one half of the field. Who became the standard for CBs. Whose self promotion (marketing) made him one of the highest paid players and endorsers in NFL history. I don't recall Deion missing many games because of minor injury.
No one was afraid of Deion? So teams rarely challenging him was not a sign of fear? Wow!

He missed more than 2 seasons worth of games in his career!!
It is a fact that "flashy" players like Sanders gets a free pass for mistakes they make because the good plays are so fantastic to watch. I can name a player for LSU that is like that right now, but it would piss people off because he is so liked. I really like him to, but he needs to grow and had some drops and fumbles last season. His big plays were fantastic to watch though.
