Not trying to get flamed here, but going to the Bowling Green game this Friday, and it's the first time to an LSU basketball game in a while. I was wondering how the parking around campus is for BBall games. Any recommendations? I'll have my wife and three teenagers in tow, but we're still fairly mobile. Also, will probably walk over to the Chimes after (if it's not too slammed) so anything in that area would work. Thanks. Geaux Tiguhs!!!

Park in the lot near the Indian Mounds. Not a bad walk to Maravich Center and close enough to walk to Chimes after the Tigers win. Even if you want to drive to Chimes after the game it will not be long at all.

Honestly shouldn’t be an issue at all. Parking lot just south of Tiger stadium or the smaller lots near indian mounds. I look forward to some packed houses like Vandy and Tenn again

Spin-off question:
I’ll be going to the Missouri State hoops game the night before the A&M football game. Does having a football game the next day alter the options already outlined (Indian mounds, south stadium lot)?

Yes if it’s an RV lot (I I can remember correctly).

The only thing I've notices is the RV will be in place or those spots will be coned off if the RVs haven't arrived in the lot south of the stadium not huge difference.

Depends on which way you need to go following the game. I always park in the lot on south stadium drive but I go towards south BR when the game is over.

The midweek games when school is in session sometimes can be a little difficult for parking but other than that I've never had any issues.

Indian mounds, lockett or right off street are not bad options
Even the football lot across from stadium is a short walk
I've never bought a parking pass for basketball
