As long as I'm able I'll park free and walk a little extra. At this time I park on the Old Front 9 and my walk to either of the tailgates I go to is 10 minutes.

Now if that one day becomes a paid lot then I'll walk a bit further, until I become too old and once I'm too old to do that I'll probably be too old to walk up to my seats and it will be time to call it quits anyway.

Thank God we are getting a new library. It’s way past due.

Why the hell are they putting it there and not in the quad where the old library is? Dumb. They’re going to level the old library anyway.

Uhhhhh, it is Louisiana State UNIVERSITY. You know, study and research and degrees awarded. A library is significant.

Leveling the current library and then rebuilding means two things:
It will take longer to construct a new library.
AND...
There will be a lengthy period when there will be no library to use.
The engineers and the University know what they are doing.

Hard to park anywhere better than 304. Always easy leaving the stadium. I would be home an hour away while people were still complaining about still barely moving in traffic at the stadium

Are you interested in Fortune 500 companies moving to Louisiana? Are you interested in the Brain Drain of our best and talented people leaving Louisiana? Are you interested in better jobs creating more tax to better improve infrastructure, universities, and improving the state's image better than a Caribbean Third World country? Let me make it interesting for you. Improving these things spurs NIL and give LSU advantages Texas, Michigan, and the Florida schools have. That's what people who spent time in libraries know.

Very true but even something bigger to be thankful for …. They will be demolishing the old library and reconnecting the original green space of the quad.

Yes it was pretty run down back in my time in the 70's!
Still like the tennis court free lot but guess will be a matter of time for that to become a pay lot!

Because they are literally tearing down Middleton for the purpose of returning the quad to its original cross design, before some moron put a library in the middle of the area. The view from Hill Memorial to the bell tower across the Parade Grounds to the Law School steps will be amazing, as intended.

Well, since they sre taking lot 304 to build a library, maybe the plan to tear down the Middleton library to make a parking lot…

We would solve most parking issues if LSU actually constructed a several parking garages around campus

If you look at their master plan. On garage going around public safety and another by Efferson Hall (Parker and Highland by new hvac plant)

And a third thing:
They don't have to call it Middleton.

I'm afraid you're right. He was a war hero, therefore, the woke crowd must disrespect him.

That "moron" was...

...wait for it...

...Troy Middleton.
