So the world hole of point of your thread is to say that if Papierski gets better, he will make it to MLB.

Ok.

Just for frame of reference, Mike Zunino was a much better college catcher than Papierski, and he was only an every day catcher in 2014.

Many scouts will tell players their best bet to make a major league club is to start catching. You see former infielders and outfielders turning to catching as their last opportunity to make it.

Brad Creese was one of the worse defiensive catchers at LSU and the only reason he had so many homers is because of the bats. Pap would have 20+ homers back in those days.

absolutely not.

He's an abysmal hitter at the MLB level and average at his absolute best behind the plate.
