Anyone that thinks Miles is gonna resign is a fool... Why would he???? He has it made here as long as he wins 9-10 games... This year sucks and the team could go 7-6.. Nothing will be done....... Now if they go like 3-9 next year ....THEN something will HAVE to be done... The guys makes $4 mil ayear and needs to be more successful... BUT LSU doesn't want to start over again...

I'll say he is here for the next 3 years (meaning through 2017). IMO, if he can win another national championship (2015 and 2016 best shots), he probably leaves on that high note.

Look out fans! LSU will be back next year! Gonna win it all with Les leading the way! Tony Jennings will go to Peyton's camp in Thibodaux and the kid will develop the raw talent that he has. Cam Cameron and Les will spend the offseason constructing an offense that will rival Oregon. Chief will figure out innovative ways to stop opposing offenses on 3rd down and Jalen Collins will become a lock down corner. This team is gonna be unstoppable.
Les is going to be revived and LSU will go on a run the next few years and win a couple nattys.
All of this is going to happen with Les leading the way. Not only is he funny and cute, he has a brilliant football mind and rarely loses games that require "chess like" thinking.
I don't know why anyone would want anybody else coaching this team. He is one of the top 3 coaches in all the land.

I for one hope this just like everyone else but brotha if we are running the same offense it is guaranteed to be the same result record wise this year. It is literally painful to watch us throw the ball
Not to mention the first thing we need to do after our bowl game is retain our eligible guys for the draft if 5 or more starters bolt we have no shot of winning shite

He will never resign. His contract is too rich for LSU to buyout. He could go 5-7 the next 2 seasons and he will still be the head coach. Maybe 2017 but he is definitely here for 2015/2016 season

I'm on record here as saying that he will leave when Manny gets into college. I truly believe being the type of family man he is he will waltz off into the sunset sometime in the next 12 months.
