the morning show is painfully bad to listen to, maybe it will get better once the games start with college and nfl to discuss
Hester can't carry it by himself and Flynn adds nothing to the show, the two producers are way too involved throughout the show

Jimmy is awful, at least you get sports talk with Charlie

Hunt gives you solid sports coverage as well

I tried listening to OTB when Billy Bob was there. It was the most random BS ever

Hanny is, by far the best, but he is dragged down dramatically by Ott, and that was BEFORE the show started running multiple daily gambling segments.

And, even on a slow day, I don’t give a shite about someone’s bad beat on a pro basketball game. The open and first segment need to lead with a local angle, even in the summer. Find a local angle if there isn’t one. I can get pro basketball or random MLB/NFL talk on a national show and they’ll probably be more knowledgeable about it, too.

The rest of the local shows top out at below average and get worse. Why anyone listens to the afternoon drive show is beyond me when you can usually get your favorite radio shows in podcast format on the same day and not have to listen to rage bait.
