There is some blown coverages but they’re also making contested threes.

Alt26 was talking extensively on this earlier in the year. Right now we’re shooting 68% compared to bamas 52%. But we’re losing. Why?

7 made threes for bama out of 15 compared to our 2 made threes out of 4. Teams are content to chuck threes and shoot at a lower percentage against us knowing we won’t match them for volume or % on threes.

No it's not. Alabama is a damn good shooting team.

Good shooters can shoot 35 to 40 percent from 3 which is equivalent of 53 to 60 percent on 2s that only a few post players can do consistently. It is a strategic advantage to shoot threes if you have good shooters

What exactly would you like to see us do differently specific to 3-point defense? We are contesting most of these shots.

Bama simply a better team. Had they not been hit from 3 today…LSU could have kept it close the whole game.
