I'm good with the positivity but at the same time shite with recruiting changes so fast.

Counts about as much as hoping and praying for MOAR Badara Traores.

Weird how people knock a guy who has played a lot of football this year including multiple starts.

All the while forgetting the "other" JUCO O-lineman that Eaux signed that has started EVERY game this year. A guy who coaches have said may very well be the best Olineman on the LSU team.

You remember that guy? He wasn't talked about that much. Need more hints to figure out who I am talking about?

Does "nearly" count in recruiting especially when they sign with the team?

I mean he nearly didn't get Chaisson, Jacob Phillips or Todd Harris. Does it matter now?

This isn’t a good analogy at all.

“Nearly” missing on good recruits like those guys just due to competition from other programs is one thing and O can’t be faulted for that type of competition.

But the “nearly” missing on the QB recruits was due solely to a ridiculous strategic decision by O to throw together a campaign to woo a guy that was simply never coming here at the last minute without considering how it would impact the guys he already had on board.

It was a boneheaded, and honestly just kind of weird, move that showed a pretty alarming lack of self awareness that luckily didn’t cost us those guys.

Ultimately it may not have mattered because LN isn’t here anymore anyway and who knows if MB will ever contribute.

But it goes to show the difference in being a “great recruiter” when you’re a setup man for a great HC, and when you are the guy that has to have the vision and plan on your own.

But you know all of that and tried to address the situations as the same anyway, so I doubt you’ll admit the difference regardless.

Nearly as in 1 of 2. So yeah not the same. Look man more people would like O if you would STFU. Most of us hate that we have a felon in the football office but what we really hate is all this stupid propaganda.

You do not know that he would not have come if Kiffin had of been at LSU. Trying to make an argument based of ridiculous speculation is stupid at best.

No it was not. Your post is boneheaded. LSU suffered no damage what-so-ever from trying to get what could be the best college QB ever. The alarming lack of awareness is on you, not the LSU head coach. Did this really affect you in a negative way? How do you really feel about it? Have you talked to anyone about it?

Once you begin typing stupidity in a post, why stop right? Have you seen LSU's recruiting ranking and some of the 5-stars that are committed to Eaux recently?

I'll admit that you have no idea what the hell you are talking about and there are facts printed on paper and on the internet to prove it. The wild and crazy speculation that you dreamed up can neither be proven or dispelled since it is complete fantasy dreamed up by you.

So did Eaux lose one recruit that was committed to LSU before he became interim or head coach?

No, and that is a fact. You should look up the definition of "propaganda" and have knowledge of why you appear pretty dumb when you try to use the word when you have no idea what it means.

"Need to build the wall around Amite and make Alabama pay for it"

Doesn't Alabama already pay for most of theirs?
