Better than having the Oregon Ducks rape and pillage the State of LA. With the freshman looking good and all.

Now in all seriousness, if a LSU fan told me that the difference maker in the game would be Beckham, Landry, or Magee...I would tell them to get a clue. That against a team like Oregon it takes experience, and it takes maturity.

I am sorry'going to produce'. I would assume production out of two skill players would make a difference. My bad.

So you figure the game is a blowout or close.

I believe Bison has picked LSU in a close one, as have I.

I think it's close. If Oregon wins, Thomas would be the difference maker.

Oregon is training in this:

Low of 52, High of 83 the next week.

Advantage LSU

Huge advantage. I'm sure that dome will be 95 with 110% humidity

I am excited right now. Our oline is shaping up to be decently sized. Last year the interior was all under 290 and now we should have York at 292, Grasu at 291 and Clanton/Cody at 300/301. All of those guys were 4* coming out. They may not be cohesive for LSU but we are going to blow up the PAC.

They only problem I see for the Ducks is the overall speed of our d-line. But with the way yalls offense works I don't think it will be a huge advantage. Unlike most on here, I am nervous about this game. While I'm excited about the matchup, I think Oregon is a very dangerous team and that it will be a great game.
The zone read is what makes me most nervous after watching Ole Miss gut us with it. I do think we will be able to run on yall which would he a huge help. For LSU to win I think we need to dominate time of possession.

Missed this part I guess:

Also, the biggest key that isn't being talked about is LSU's conditioning. Practicing in 100+ degrees with 90-100% humidity for a month before this game will be a huge advantage for LSU. I understand that the game will be inside in the AC. I'm referencing Oregon's pace on offense that wears teams down. LSU will not wear down in this one with the conditioning and depth advantage. I

Based on what i saw in the national championship last year, Darron Thomas is a very unimpressive passer. He couldn't hit his receivers and has to rely on his scrambling abilities to make plays. Maybe it was just a fluke in that one game, but that's what i saw. The Oregon offense seemed to rely completely on running plays and the short passes. There was no down field threat.

Did you think Thomas was impressive in the NC Game? He wasn't terrible but he was pretty pedestrian. Granted he threw it 40 times...
