Believe it or not we even had an Oregon State guy who was here every day for maybe six months;he was funnier than you.

Then they got their beat-down.

Avery Johnson ran a short route and after the catch DUSTED the "Mamba" during a 7 on 7 last year.......pretty impressive for a guy a year younger in HS out running the greatest thing since sliced bread..........welcome to SEC SPEED

Oregon better have some meat up front to even try to contain Freak, Brock, Big Sam, Adams and Mingo because these guys are gonna keep on coming at you!!

Heres the thing about this match up. We have more talent than I think Oregon will see all year across the defense. Players like Craig Loston, Sam Montgomery, and Mo Claiborne Oregon is NOT going to see week end and week out. Oregon has plenty of offensive talent don't get me wrong but are they prepared for our defense?

Not to mention I feel our offense has the chance to be explosive this year if Jefferson has the break out year we're all hoping for. I'm interested to see just how much Oregons defense can keep it up.

Unfortunately, we have experience with the young but talented line around these parts. Go ahead, ask around about 2008. I'm always skeptical of inexperienced lines. There is no place experience is more valuable.

The big worry for UO is not just all of the new blood, and 20 starts ain't that much for a whole unit. No, the big worry for y'all is that you have a new center. The zone read relies heavily on the center, and he might be the most important cog after the QB in your offense.

Sure, the Duck line could be good. But there are real reasons to be concerned

I'll be nice and refrain. Besides like I've told you before LMJ only gained that weight because he knows, and does CK, that in order for Oregon to have a running game against LSU then yall need a big physical back.

dude, you are a tard. their skill position speed is just as fast, if not faster than the speed we have at our skill positions. That is not what SEC SPEED refers to. Quit making us all look stupid.

I'll take a 6'3-200lb- running a 4.4 over a 5'10-160lb- running a 4.3

same here, but its the speed along the O-line and defensive front 7 that sets the SEC apart, now how fast our rb's and wr's are. even most rantards can figure that out

Our D-line can flat out move. I remember watching the LSU-tOSU game and Wells couldn't out run out D-line to the perimeter.

Yeah, but I remember him out running EVERYONE on like the second play though. Funny, he did the same to the Saints in the Dome too and lost both those games.

You should try reading his post again. He was talking about freak's speed.

you should try reading it again, because he is clearly talking about Avery not Anthony.

It will be Alonso. I believe Alonso will be our best MIKE ever, if he gets off suspension. Otherwise, I think we do some shifting because I am not sold on Stuckey as a starter. We'll see though. Stuckey is a senior that had potential coming in but has been dinged up.
